cozy stay

room size temperature control free coffee

the room size was perfect for my needs. i found the temperature controls very useful, and i kept the room cool. the free coffee was available 24/7, a great touch. the location near public transportation made moving around easy.

the desk space was very small. it would be a benefit to have more space or a foldable suitcase holder.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. mr rahaman, the manager, was humble and hands-on. he helped in every department, from cleaning to the front desk. His politeness stood out. the team cares about guest experience.

helpful staff convenient location good breakfast short walk

I found the streetcar stop right outside. It was super convenient (i love public transit!). the staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions. breakfast was simple but good. It gave a great start to the day. the location was a short walk from the subway stop, made getting around easy.

the air conditioner was a bit noisy. i had to use earbuds to sleep comfortably (it wasn't a big issue though).

Surprising Find!

convenient location comfy mattress friendly staff

The location worked great with a streetcar stop right outside. It made it easy to get around. The room had a comfy mattress. I felt the staff were always friendly to me. the door locks used key cards after hours. This added extra security.

The absence of a garbage can in the room was unusual.
